Incentive Space Simulation

A space journey into the world of employee motivation.

The first business simulation in Europe based on one of the most relevant modern models in the field of employee motivation — the self-determination theory by E.I. Deci and R. Ryan.

The business game allows you to «live through» one work cycle of the International Space Station crew, to practice motivating employees and to get an instant response to your actions in the form of KPIs analytics and feedback from game characters.

The game is suitable for managers who are not yet familiar with the topic, and for those who have basic skills in the topic of employee motivation.
