PROGRAM STRUCTURE
3 phases / 3 sessions × 90 minutes (option to extend to 6 sessions)
PHASE 1 – AWARENESS & EARLY DETECTION:
- The hidden cost of stress and burnout
- Recognising early warning signals
- Mindfulness reset practice
PHASE 2 – MINDFULNESS FOR RESILIENCE:
- Breaking the stress cycle
- Practical tools for high-pressure situations
- Mindfulness strategies
PHASE 3 – INTEGRATION & TEAM COMMITMENT:
- Embedding resilience into workflows
- Communication habits that reduce stress
- Shared resilience plan
