PROGRAM STRUCTURE

3 phases / 3 sessions × 90 minutes (option to extend to 6 sessions)

PHASE 1 – AWARENESS & EARLY DETECTION:

  • The hidden cost of stress and burnout
  • Recognising early warning signals
  • Mindfulness reset practice

PHASE 2 – MINDFULNESS FOR RESILIENCE:

  • Breaking the stress cycle
  • Practical tools for high-pressure situations
  • Mindfulness strategies

PHASE 3 – INTEGRATION & TEAM COMMITMENT:

  • Embedding resilience into workflows
  • Communication habits that reduce stress
  • Shared resilience plan
